We recently made a significant release to our system! We’re excited to introduce you to the new analytics you will see throughout the app.
Individual Demo Analytics
The first area we have updated is what we refer to as the “Individual Demo Analytics.” These are the analytics you can see for each person you send a demo to. Let’s see what’s new!
First, when you visit your “Send Demos” page, you’ll see a new link to access the individual analytics.
When you select that link, you’ll be taken to a page that shows some of the analytics you’ve already had access to: who has watched the demo, how much time they spent, and what is important to them.
But we now have a new tab, called “Individual Viewing Details”:
This tab will shows you many important details. See the image below for more information:
Now when you’re working with a potential customer, you can see exactly how they interact with the demo, which videos they see, and how long they watch. You’ll never go blind into a sales call again.
We’ve made a similar update to the leads page. You’ll notice a “details” link next to each lead, and you will see the same types of heatmaps for each lead, so you can know what they saw before you call them.
We’ve also updated the analytics dashboard! Up until now, the dashboard has contained sample data. Now, your data is there! See the image below for more information.
